Cristina is an experienced Romanian tax advisor with over 22 years of experience, out of which 15 years within Romanian Tax Authorities and 6 years in Big4 companies.

She holds a Bachelor and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The National School of Political Studies and Public Administration.

Cristina is a tax advisor of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) and a chartered certified accountant member of Body of Licensed Accountants and Expert Accountants , (CECCAR).

She has an extensive experience in tax advisory services, both Romanian and international tax aspects, including assistance with tax inspections, tax challenges, due diligence,  tax reviews,  transfer of business, various general tax consultancy, tax forensic, etc.

As a former employee of the Romanian tax authorities and former chief of department for tax audit, Cristina has an intensive experience working in various aspects involving Romanian tax authorities.
