Ana is an experienced Romanian tax advisor with 12 years of experience in Big4 companies.

Ana holds a Bachelor and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and a Degree in External Trade from the Faculty Leon-Eli Troclet, Liege, Belgium.

Ana is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) and holds both ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ADIT (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation) certifications.

She was involved in large projects for the optimization of tax reporting processes and in SAP localization for Romanian companies. Ana was also part of the team of consultants who provided advice to the Romanian tax authorities for the implementation of SAF-T in Romania.

Ana’s area of expertise includes various industries such as industrial products, infrastructure and construction, retail and FMCG industry, IT, automotive, pharma, energy etc. Ana was involved in several type of projects in various industries such as due diligence, M&A, various tax advice on financial models submitted with bidding offers for large infrastructure projects, fixed assets capitalizations, local taxes, transfer of business, tax structuring, tax challenges, etc.
