Lucian is an experienced Romanian tax advisor with over 10 years of experience, in Big4, Tier 2 companies and real estate industry.

Lucian holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is currently enrolled in PhD studies at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Lucian is a tax advisor, member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF).

He has extensive experience in tax advisory services such as transfer pricing, tax reviews, tax analysis, international taxation projects, taxation of resident and non-resident individuals, assistance during tax inspections. Lucian coordinated during his career Mergers & Acquisitions / Tax Due Diligence projects of over EUR 100 million. His area of expertise includes various industries such as real estate, IT, retail, industrial products, medical, services, etc.
